Winemaker found and then made this recipe for our supper last night. I’m all about good food and she does a very good job at mixing things up. I could eat burgers, venison, elk, beef, chicken and fish pretty much all the time, but she has to have different stuff from time to time. This Mushroom Asparagus Quiche had been on her mind for a few days and when we dove into it last night I could hardly come up for air! It was delicious!
