Abundant sunshine, light breezes, high in the mid 50’s and lows around freezing.
Boy does this sound like a broken record, but it is what it is and as far as I’m concerned it can stay just like this all through the hunt!

Goodluck to you. I hope you get the biggest bull in the unit
Thank you sir! I sure wouldn’t turn it down if it presents itself, but I’m not after the biggest as I have never shot a bull elk. I would like to get something over 300 and 6X6 with all its tines in tact. I saw a picture of one taken during the elk hunt a few weeks ago and it was a MONSTER! I’m not sure I could contain myself if something that big came into sight.
